"23 Barricas" 2022
Viticulture and Winemaking
An immaculate blend of Touriga Nacional (50%) and Syrah (50%) grown on sedimentary schist and greywacke soils. The grapes are hand selected and fermentation and maceration take place in “lagares” (a large trough in which grapes are foot trodden) Malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels, where both grape varietals age for 12 months. Following that, the very best 23 barrels of each variety is selected for this blend.
Tasting and Serving
Magnificent plum red colour. Oak ageing contributes to the complex and delicate aromas of florals and spices. The wine is medium to full bodied with a fine intensity and structure striking a fine balance between elegance and power. Try it with mushroom risotto, lamb dishes, roasted pork and beef and strong cheeses.

Vinho Herdade dos Grous Tinto "Moon Harvested" 2022
Viticulture and Winemaking
A superb 100% Alicante Bouschet, one of the most important grapes of the Alentejo. The grapes are hand-picked using sustainable, biodynamic practices in the cycle of greater influence of the moon in the sap circulation on the vine. The hand selected grapes go through fermentation and maceration in “lagares”. 12 months ageing in new French oak barrels.
Tasting and Serving
Deep, concentrated ruby colour. Complex aromas of matured dark berries and well-integrated oak nuances. Full-flavoured and round, with silky, mature tannins. A true showcase for the rich flavour of Alentejo and the unique qualities brought by lunar harvesting. With bold flavour and elegant structure, this wine is a great match with grilled meats, game, robust one pot dishes, richly flavoured Mediterranean dishes and intense creamy cheeses.

Herdade dos Grous Branco Reserva 2023
Viticulture and Winemaking
An immaculate blending of some of Portugal’s most exciting white varietals – Antão Vaz, Arinto, Viosinho and Alvarinho. Fermentation took place in French oak barrels, with the wine aged with batonnage (stirring) and sur lies (ageing) for a period of 6 months.
Tasting and Serving
A rich and delicate wine of great complexity, a vibrant deep lemon colour leads us on to enticing aromas of peach, grapefruit and a delicious lick of apricot. The palate lends richer with a honey and lemon to the fore. Rich and round, the immaculate blend of these fruity, fresh white varietals provide an unforgettable mouth-filling juicy flavour. With generous fruit, the wine is beautifully textured with striking depth and a long finish. Pair this with rich fish and chicken dishes and fine seafood.

Gold colour. Intense peaches and lime aroma complexed with vanilla from the oak. The palate is rich in fruit, mineral and with well-balanced acidity.

Viticulture and Winemaking
From the estate’s best vineyards, this is a blend of three of Portugal’s most important varietals – Alicante Bouschet (50%), Tinta Miuda (30%) and Touriga Nacional (20%). The grapes are hand-selected separately, with fermentation taking place in “lagares” with a long maceration. Ageing follows for 16 months in French Oak barrels.
Tasting and Serving
Colour is a strikingly deep ruby and violet. The aroma is delicate with an elegant perfume of mature deep fruit. On the palate, the fruit has deep concentration with hints of toasty oak. Rich and full with round silky tannins and juicy acidity carrying through to a long finish. A stunning match with rich lamb dishes, ossobuco, duck, casseroles and the traditional dishes of Alentejo, including black pig, cured meats and tomato based rich stews.
